  • We'll arrange a pick-up and deliver a fresh product without cancellation options.

Return Exclusively for Damage:

  • Only damaged products qualify for returns.

Return Packaging Details:

  • Pack the product as it arrived in its original packaging with the manual.
  • A short video during handover to the delivery agent is required.

Quality Control and Refund:

  • Upon receiving the product, we'll conduct a quality check within 15 days.
  • Refund of the full amount if packaging is intact.

Note:

  • Returns are accepted exclusively for damaged products.
  • We won't re-ship products returned for reasons other than damage.
