- We'll arrange a pick-up and deliver a fresh product without cancellation options.
Return Exclusively for Damage:
- Only damaged products qualify for returns.

Return Packaging Details:
- Pack the product as it arrived in its original packaging with the manual.
- A short video during handover to the delivery agent is required.
Quality Control and Refund:
- Upon receiving the product, we'll conduct a quality check within 15 days.
- Refund of the full amount if packaging is intact.
Note:
- Returns are accepted exclusively for damaged products.
- We won't re-ship products returned for reasons other than damage.
